Keep safe system® has undergone successful tests against ballistic attacks, at RISE Research Institutes of Sweden.
The rigorous tests were conducted at RISE Research Institutes of Sweden at their ballistic laboratory in Gothenburg and performed according to the SS-EN 1522:1998 standard, which specifies requirements and classifications for windows, doors, shutters, and blinds in terms of bullet resistance.
The test unit was subjected to shots from ammunition specified in class FB6 according to EN 1522. The results show that the Keep safe system® meets all requirements for class FB6(NS), which signifies the highest level of bullet resistance in accordance with current European standards.
